An evening of meditation, self-inquiry and easeful movement 

To experience the benefits of meditation we have to set aside time to nurture an inner connection, settle our being in the heart, and feel safe enough to sense what is important at this time.

This evening we will explore and experience different meditation methods and techniques together.

We will look at ways to create a connection and settle in the heart. We will create a sense of a safe space together so that we can reap the benefits of meditating together.

We will bring in easeful movement to help bring awareness to the body and senses. Approaching the body-mind connection with gentleness and care. Inviting the mind to settle on the here and now experience of body and breath.

Furthermore, we will explore and experiment with Mantra meditation, Self-inquiry, Awareness meditation, writing practices and a felt sense, bringing a greater understanding of one’s own energy body and of our interconnectedness.

You might be invited to share some of your experiences as I find that sharing our inner experiences can help bring about understanding and integration. We have so much to learn from one another.

Please bring a notebook, comfortable clothing and maybe an item that has a great importance for you.
