A gentle three-week journey of touch, connection and confidence with your baby

Baby massage is much more than learning a few massage techniques. It is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, be present with your baby and discover the language of nurturing touch.

Through gentle, simple strokes, you will learn how to massage your baby while becoming more attuned to their cues, movements and needs. The sessions are relaxed and informal, allowing you and your baby to learn at your own pace.

Massage can be a wonderful way to help your baby settle and relax, support their body awareness, and gently soothe common discomforts such as wind or tummy tension. Just as importantly, it gives you a special moment of closeness and connection.

Over three weeks, we will gradually build your confidence with the techniques, giving you time between sessions to practise at home and discover what feels good for you and your baby.

What you will learn:

  • Gentle massage techniques for your baby’s whole body
  • How to recognise your baby’s cues and respond to them
  • Ways to use touch to create calm and connection
  • How to make baby massage a relaxed part of your everyday life
  • How to adapt the massage according to your baby’s mood and needs

A moment for you, too
Baby massage is also about the parent.

Taking time to slow down and focus completely on your baby can strengthen your sense of connection and help you feel more confident in understanding their non-verbal communication.

You don’t need any previous experience. You simply need to come with your baby, an open mind and a willingness to explore the power of nurturing touch.

The groups are kept small, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere where you can receive personal guidance and ask questions along the way.
